GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE POLICY
In accordance with the company's vision, PT. TERAS TEKNIK PERDANA strives to provide increasing value for
stakeholders. One of the main keys to realizing this vision is a consistent application of Good Corporate
Governance policy and making it a work culture that applies within the Company. This shall be the foundation of
the Company to implement good management in every business activity in order to achieve sustainable and longterm goals.
Through the active role and full supports from the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors, PT. TERAS
TEKNIK PERDANA ensures the implementation of GCG principles in every aspect of business and at all levels of
the organization, which is manifested in aspects such as:
Implementation of duties and responsibilities of the Board of Commissioners, Directors and Management
Team
The execution and completion of Board of Commissioners duties which carry out the supervision duties
of GCG policy efficiency.
The compliance function, risk management and Company's strategic plan.
Information disclosures concerning the Company's activities and financial plan
GCG policies are implemented to create a professional, solid, good, and competitive organization that can meet
the needs of stakeholders. The Board of Commissioners has taken the necessary steps regarding further
implementation of GCG, including:
IDevelopment and implementation of an orientation program for Company
Decision making that has gone through calculated mechanisms and procedures.
Formulating the annual work plan.
Setting the target for the Company Quality and Performance Index.
Providing inputs during the formulation of the Company Long Term Plan (RJPP) and Company Work Plan
and Budget (RKAP) as well as the approval to support the RJPP and RKAP implementation by the
Directors.
Carrying out management review meetings effectively.

The Board of Directors carries out its functions and duties in implementing development programs by
participating in relevant training.
Establishing the organizational structure which is on target and as needed by the Company.
Formulating the annual work plan.
The Board of Directors place the management duties and accountabilities according with the qualification.
The Board of Directors has formulated the Company's Long-Term Plan (RJPP), Including:
Evaluation of the previous year's RJPP.
Analysis and assumption for the 2022 RJPP Implementation.
Targets, policies, strategies and working programs of the RJPP.
